How long does it take to receive my saree?
Ready-to-ship edits leave the studio within 3 business days. Custom blouses or couture embellishments add 7–12 days. Within India we deliver via insured partners; worldwide shipping launches soon.
Can Kanthams source a specific weave or color palette?
Yes. Our stylists maintain a live loom board across Kanchipuram, Banaras, Patan, Ajrakh, and Kalamkari clusters. Share references and we will curate up to six swatches for you to preview virtually or in-studio.
What is included in blouse tailoring?
Each saree plan includes pattern drafting, two design iterations, lining, falls, pico, and finishing. Intricate hand embroidery or beadwork is quoted separately after sketches are approved.
How do I care for heirloom sarees?
We provide a care card, muslin storage bag, and cedar inserts. Dry clean with artisan-friendly partners only, keep folded loosely, and air them twice a year. For preservation we offer framing or archival boxing.
Do you offer draping assistance?
Signature and Heritage plans include in-person draping within Hyderabad, and virtual draping tutorials everywhere else. Destination events can request a travelling draping artist with advance notice.
